What are Vesper’s Fees?

Vesper fees change based on the volume of assets and engagement term. Each listing will have different pricing and fees, reach out or contact us for more details on a property you're interested in.

Can I park my whole fleet at a Vesper?

Vesper has the ability to meet any demand for your fleet. Regardless of size, units, length of need or any other variable specific to your fleet management, Vesper is a trusted partner and able to help.

Will the city let me park trucks on my property?

The city ordinance and code very dramatically throughout the country. We are happy to work with you on your specific zoning and permissions. Reach out for a quick call to discuss further.

Is my lot the right fit for Vesper?

Lot size is important, but if even one truck can easily access and exit your lot, there is a chance for revenue. The best action when considering your lot for parking is to reach out to one of our team and evaluate the demand in your area.

Do I need to interact with the truckers?

With Vesper acting as a property manager for your commercial parking you set the guidelines for your driver interactions. If you would like some, none, or somewhere in-between we can set up you and your property for success.

Are the listed properties secure?

All Vesper properties have a minimum level of security requirements. This may include but is not limited to lighting, fencing, digital & physical security. Be sure to check amenities or contact our team for details on a specific property.

Is there a limit to how long we can park at a Vesper?

The length of term will depend on which property you're interested in. Traditionally any type of engagement is possible whether short term, long-term, daily, or overnight.

Do I need to interact with the property owners?

The Vesper parking network is comprised of public, private, and proprietary listings. In some but not all cases your reservation will require direct interaction with the listing owner. Where Vesper is able to, we take on complete administration and relationship management for your fleet.

What are Vesper’s Fees?

Vesper works of a % of total revenues from your space + a small monthly licensing fee
